Email (SMTP) is not configured: password reset, email verification and sign-in codes are unavailable. Configure it with php bin/credentials.php set-smtp.

The background worker has not run in the last 10 minutes, so automatic applications and scheduled tasks are not being processed. Add the cron jobs (or launchd / Task Scheduler entries) from the setup guide, step 8.
